Arrived in poor condition. Very tangled up and short in length. The headband strap was cheaply made and the hair was shorter than the actual length.
I purchased this same unit years ago. When I purchased the other time, the unit was nice and long and wavy and tangle free.
The unit I received a few days ago lacked wavy texture, it was a short puffy texture with very thin ends. The headband strap was shiny looking and stiff. Very poor quality unit.
