  • How much does it cost to be a Wholesale Club Member?
    • Youth Beauty’s Wholesale Club membership starts at only $19.99 per month billed monthly plus a one-time initiation fee of $35. Or $16.99 per month billed annually with $0 initiation fee. All membership fees, including initiation fee are non-refundable.
  • How can I move from Tier 1 to Tier 2 or Tier 3?
    • Once you have accumulated a total purchase amount of $2,000 or more, you will automatically move up to our Tier 2 Gold membership as long as you are an active club member.
    • Once you have accumulated a total purchase amount of $4,000 or more, you will automatically move up to our Tier 3 VIP membership as long as you are an active club member.
    • The more you purchase from us, the lower your prices will be!
  • I just started my business, can I apply?
    • Yes, we would love to support your new business ventures. Please apply!
  • Can I sell your hair as my own brand?
    • Yes, you can private label the hair you buy from us with your own brand.
  • If I want to place a bulk order, do I get additional discounts?
    • Yes, only if you are purchasing over $2,000 in a single transaction, you will be eligible for Free Wholesale membership for one year. Please contact us by email [email protected] and one of our wholesale team members will get in touch with you to set up your account!
  • Is there a minimum ordering quantity?
    • No, as long as you are an active wholesale club member, there is no minimum purchase required!
  • How can I cancel my membership?
    • You can cancel your Wholesale Membership Plan at any time and there are no penalties or cancellation fees. To cancel your Wholesale Membership, please email [email protected]. Unfortunately, all membership fees, including initiation fees are non-refundable.
  • How long does shipping take?
    • Standard shipping takes around 2-4 business days plus processing time of 2-5 business days depending on availability. We also offer overnight shipping and next day pickup at our local warehouse for in stock items only.
  • How much is the Wholesale Club discount?
    • To find out the discount for each product, please email [email protected] for a complete wholesale price sheet. The discount applies to every order that you place as long as your membership is active. There is no minimum purchase required.
  • How much can I resell the hair for?
    • You can rebrand and resell the hair for whatever price you think is most suitable for your hairstylist business
  • If I don’t like the hair I purchased, can I exchange or get a refund?
    • Yes, you have 15 days to return the hair for a full refund. The hair MUST be unwrapped, unworn, and with tags attached. *Please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] for instructions before sending the hair back to us. Return Shipping will be paid by customers. Please refer to our refund and return policy on our website.
